1. Acceptance of these terms
365Businesses is operated by AVSYST Solutions Pvt Ltd ("we", "us"). By creating an account, submitting a form or using the platform you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract under Indian law.
2. Your business listing and content
You are responsible for your business profile, digital card, products, services, prices, offers, images and any other content you publish. It must be accurate, lawful and yours to use.
You give us permission to display that content on the platform, in the business directory and in the customer app, so customers can find you.
3. Packages, free trial and payments
New vendor accounts start on a free trial. Features depend on your active package. Paid packages are charged at the price shown when you buy or renew, plus applicable taxes.
When a package expires, features outside the free package may stop working until you renew.
4. Orders, bookings and enquiries
Orders, bookings and enquiries from customers are made with you, not with us. You are responsible for pricing, fulfilment, delivery, quality, refunds and any legal obligations to your customers.
5. Marketing and messaging
Use the marketing, WhatsApp, SMS and email tools only with customers who have agreed to hear from you, and follow applicable rules on commercial communication.
6. Your account
Give accurate, current information and keep it up to date. Keep your password confidential — you are responsible for everything done through your account.
Tell us immediately if you think someone else has used your account.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use the platform for anything unlawful, misleading or fraudulent; do not upload content you do not have the right to use; do not send spam, attempt to break security, scrape data or interfere with other users.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the law, or that puts other users at risk. You can stop using the platform and ask us to close your account at any time.
9. Limitation of liability
The platform is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the acts, products or services of other users. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version; continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept it.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Maharashtra have jurisdiction over any dispute.
