1. Acceptance of these terms
365Businesses is operated by AVSYST Solutions Pvt Ltd ("we", "us"). By creating an account, submitting a form or using the platform you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract under Indian law.
2. An enquiry is not a franchise agreement
Submitting the franchise form only tells us you are interested. It does not grant a franchise, territory or any rights. A franchise is created only by a separate written agreement signed by both sides.
3. Territory
State, District and City territories are offered at our discretion and subject to availability. No territory is reserved or exclusive until it is written into a signed agreement.
4. Fees and investment
Any fee or investment is set out in the franchise agreement. Do not pay anyone before you have a signed agreement, and pay only into the official company account named in it.
5. Use of the 365Businesses brand
You may not use the 365Businesses name, logo or materials, or present yourself as a partner, until your agreement is signed. Partner logins are created by our team.
6. Your account
Give accurate, current information and keep it up to date. Keep your password confidential — you are responsible for everything done through your account.
Tell us immediately if you think someone else has used your account.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use the platform for anything unlawful, misleading or fraudulent; do not upload content you do not have the right to use; do not send spam, attempt to break security, scrape data or interfere with other users.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the law, or that puts other users at risk. You can stop using the platform and ask us to close your account at any time.
9. Limitation of liability
The platform is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the acts, products or services of other users. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version; continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept it.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Maharashtra have jurisdiction over any dispute.
